Ingredients
4 cups
potatoes (cubed)
4 cups
okra (sliced)
1 cup
onions (diced)
1/2 cup
cornmeal
1/2 cup
oil (vegetable)
Step by Step Instructions
- Prepare vegetables.
- Heat oil in your favorite black iron skillet.
- Sprinkle cornmeal over vegetables and add to hot oil. Fry until golden.
