Salt (Seasoned, Kosher, Sea)
Step by Step Instructions
- PREPARATION IS EASY! Preheat oven to 350. Wash *Kale* thoroughly, pat dry, cut the leaves off the stems and tear into bite-sized pieces. .
- Use parchment paper or lightly spray a cookie sheet and place the *Kale* pieces on the sheet.
- Drizzle or spray the olive oil, salt or season as you wish, then put into the oven and bake until the edges are crispy and brown, about 10-15 minutes. THAT'S IT!
- VARIATIONS YOU CAN TRY: Sprinkle with Garlic powder, Onion powder, Pepper, or shaken Parmesan. Be creative, the possibilities are endless
