Curried Cauliflower

Serves: Will feed 6-8 usually
Vegetarian!
Ingredients

Large Cauliflower
1 tsp
Salt
1 can
Cream of Broccoli Souup
1 cup
Grated Cheese (Chedder is best)
1/3 cup
Mayo
3 tsp
Curry Powder
Step by Step Instructions
- Chop and Boil Cauliflower until partly cooked. Drain and put in oven ready pot/dish. Mix other ingredients, pour over Cauliflower.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes
