Ingredients
1 pound
Ground beef
1 packet
Taco seasoning
1-2 teaspoons
Lime juice
9 ounces
Tortilla chips of your choice
15 ounce can
Black beans (drained & rinsed)
1 cup
Corn kernels
1 1/2 cup
Shredded Mexican-blend cheese
TOPPING SUGGESTIONS:
1 cup
Diced onion

Jalapenos (sliced)
1-2
Tomatoes (chopped)
1/3 cup
Cilantro (minced)
Sour cream
Pico de gallo
Guacamole
Salsa
Salsa verde
Cheese dip
Cooked shrimp
Shredded chicken

Step by Step Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Take a baking pan and either grease it or cover it in foil.
- Crumble the ground beef in a skillet over medium high heat and cook for 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess grease and stir in the taco seasoning as it is written on the packet. Stir in the lime juice and cook until it evaporates.
- Arrange the chips in an even layer on the prepared baking pan, then top them with ground beef, black beans, corn, and shredded cheese. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Top as desired, then serve!
