Peachy Chard Salad

Ingredients
8 oz
Swiss chard, stemmed
1/4 tsp
Kosher salt
1/4 tsp
Ground black pepper
2 tsp
Extra-virgin olive oil
4 Tbsp
Vinegar (apple cider or balsamic)
4 Tbsp
Honey
3
Peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
4 Tbsp
Sliced almonds, toasted
1/2 cup
Goat cheese or feta cheese
Step by Step Instructions
- Slice chard into ribbons. Combine salt, pepper and oil in a mixing bowl. Toss chard in oil mixture and transfer to serving plates.
- To the same bowl, add honey and vinegar and combine well. Add peach slices and toss to coat with dressing.
- Arrange peaches over chard. Top with almonds and cheese.
