Ingredients

Peaches (peeled & halved)
1 3/4 cups
Dahi (whole milk yogurt) or Greek yogurt
1 or 2 sprigs
Fresh rosemary
OR substitute mint
1 pinch
Salt
1 or 2 teaspoons
Cardamom Powder
3 or 4 strands
Saffron
1 tablespoon
Chopped pistachios
1 or 2 tablespoons
Honey
OR maple syrup
Additional peach slices for garnish
Additional rosemary for garnish
Additional pistachios for garnish
Step by Step Instructions
- Puree the peaches in a food processor.
- Whisk the yogurt in a large bowl with a small amount of water to make a creamy mixture. Add small amounts of additional water if needed to create the desired consistency.
- Stir the rosemary, cardamom and salt into the yogurt, then stir in the pureed peaches.
- Taste and stir in honey or maple syrup to sweeten if desired. If you want to thin out or further chill the mixture, stir in ice cubes.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with peach slices, rosemary sprigs, and/or pistachios
